Stem is a three AA Rosette restaurant from Mark Jarvis (Chef Patron at Anglo) in Mayfair. Stem is run day to day by Head Chef Sam Ashton-Booth and General Manager Emma Underwood.
Stem is a 35 cover restaurant set in a beautiful Grade-2 listed townhouse just off Regent Street on Princes Street. We offer both à la carte and tasting menus showcasing seasonal dishes and a 100 bin wine list.
Our Chef's Table is also available for up to 6 people, where we offer a full Stem experience with extended tasting menu at £75 per person and drinks flights available.
