Stem is the next venture from Mark Jarvis (Chef Patron at Anglo) in Mayfair. Stem is run day to day by Sam Ashton-Booth (ex-Head Chef at Anglo) and Restaurant Manager Emma Underwood.

Stem is a 35 cover restaurant set in a beautiful Grade-2 listed townhouse just off Regent Street on Princes Street. We offer both à la carte and tasting menus, and a set lunch menu showcasing seasonal dishes and a 100 bin wine list.

Our kitchen table is also available for up to 6 people, where we offer a full Stem experience with extended tasting menu and drinks flights available.

Downstairs at Stem offers a unique and absorbing dining experience.

Our Chef's Table immerses guests within our kitchen, where we will serve an extended tasting menu for up to 6 guests.
